چکیده
Cancer Diagnostics In article number 2200784, Kun Qian, Jiayi Wang, and co-workers develop a versatile electrochemical biosensing system for circulating miRNA detection by DNAzyme cleavage cycling amplification hybridization chain reaction amplification. By profiling in non-small-cell lung cancer cohort, this designed liquid biopsy strategy shows high efficiency sensitivity early diagnosis prognosis toward clinical use.

Numerical Modeling of a Metamaterial Biosensor for Cancer Tissues Detection
In this paper, the numerical design and simulate a biosensor to detect tumors and cancerous tissues by using metamaterial structures in the microwave regime are presented. The presented structure consists of a microstrip transmission line and a split ring resonator (SRR) that form a bandpass filter and has a unique resonance frequency. Given that cancerous tissues have larger volumes of water t...
متن کاملCirculating long noncoding RNA GAS5 is a novel biomarker for the diagnosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer
The recently discovered long noncoding RNAs have the potential to regulate many biological processes, which are aberrantly expressed in many tumor types. Our previous study showed that the long noncoding RNA-growth arrest-specific transcript 5 (GAS5) was decreased in lung cancer tissue, which contributed to the proliferation and apoptosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). GAS5 was also asso...
متن کاملSurgery for nonsmall cell lung cancer.
Surgery remains the best curative option in patients with early stage lung cancer (stage I and II). Developments in minimally invasive techniques now allow surgeons to perform lung resections on elderly patients, patients with poor pulmonary function or significant cardiopulmonary comorbidities. New techniques, such as stereotactic radiotherapy and ablative procedures, are being evaluated in ea...
متن کاملMicroRNA-486 as a Biomarker for Early Diagnosis and Recurrence of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
BACKGROUND Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a leading cause of cancer death worldwide. Early diagnosis is essential for improvements of prognosis and survival of the patients. Currently, there is no effective biomarker available in clinical settings for early detection of lung cancer. Altered expressions in many cancer types including NSCLC and stable existence in plasma make microRNAs (mi...
متن کاملA unique set of 6 circulating microRNAs for early detection of non-small cell lung cancer
INTRODUCTION Circulating microRNAs are promising biomarkers for diagnosis, predication and prognostication of diseases. Lung cancer is the cancer disease accountable for most cancer deaths, largely due to being diagnosed at late stages. Therefore, diagnosing lung cancer patients at an early stage is crucial for improving the outcome. The purpose of this study was to identify circulating microRN...
